Policies Written 2%
This section contains the following fields:

NAIC Name - This field displays the name of the carrier. To make a selection, click on the down arrow and choose from the dropdown list, or scroll down to the desired entry and press the tab key.

Territory - This field displays the insurer's rating territory for the applicable state. To make a selection, enter the appropriate territory.

State - This field displays the applicable state(HI,NJ,NY) for the 2% rule. To make a selection, click on the down arrow and choose from the dropdown list, or scroll down to the desired entry and press the tab key.

Year - This field displays the year the 2% rule applies. This year should be the last full calendar year.

Policies Written - This field displays the number of policies written by the selected carrier for the year selected.

Notice limit = - Displays the total number of notices that can be generated.

Current Count - This field displays the current number of generated notices where the 2% rule applied.
