Report Sorting Expression
The Sorting
section of Reports contains the following fields:
Field - This fields
list displays all of the fields available for use in sorting the report.
Field Name - This displays the selection made from the above list.
Sort Order - The order in which records appear on the report.
This option adds the
selected field in ascending order to the sort expression. (For example,
A-Z or 0-1000). To add an additional sort order, select the desired
field and click on the appropriate button.This option adds the selected field in descending
order to the sort expression. (For example, Z-A
or 1000 to 0).
Clear - This option clears the entire sort expression.
Validate - This option verifies the syntactical correctness of
the filter expression.

for Intranet customers only.
